Empty The Glass of Your MIND...

Nowadays, every person is in trouble. Actually, we don't know what the reason for the troubles is, and the result is stress and frustration. We can't guide and teach our generation with a stressed mind.

In everyday life we often listen to these words, "Stress", "Anxiety" "Aggressive", "Frustration" and "Depression".


The question is, what do actually all these words mean and what is the main cause of it or any other psychological problems.


Our mind is like a glass. When we pour water in the glass and the glass fills up, if we don't stop, the water overflows.


We bear a lot of things every time, behaviors and the people. We continually bear all these kinds of things, but the alarming time is when the glass of our mind fills up.


At this time, any smallest thing can overflow the glass of mind and causes of all above and other psychological or behavioral problems.


It is needed to empty the glass of mind to bear more.
