Babies grow up in special conditions.
France is famous not only for culture and cuisine, but also for young generations of citizens. Tourists from other countries have repeatedly noticed how calmly behave young French people who do not throw tantrums and differ in manners. And, as it turned out, the secret of such behavior is in a special upbringing.
The fact is that from an early age, children in this country grow up independent. Already after 10 months, maternity leave ends, after which the kids go to a nursery and even sleep at home in separate rooms, and not with their parents. At the same time, grandparents do not babysit their grandchildren, who are fully cared for by professional teachers.
Independence extends to the finances of young heirs.
They always have pocket money, which they can dispose of as they want. And therefore, in France, it is extremely rare to find tantrums, for example, in toy stores, because the child knows that he himself can buy what he likes.
Parents teach their children to be polite. Growing up citizens of the Fifth Republic know perfectly well how important it is to say hello and thank people around, so they always behave in a well-mannered way.
At home, parents try not to torment their sons and daughters with studies or other things. When they spend time with the whole family, they only have fun and play, leaving important things in kindergarten or school.
